UK Prime Minister - A year ago, even his most staunch supporter, who never dreamed, had achieved that.

On Tuesday, July 26, he was elected leader of the ruling Conservative Party. He is the new British Prime Minister on Wednesday.

As a kid, Boris Johnson dreamed of becoming king of the whole world. He became the king of the ruling Tory Party at the age of 55. The people who are anxious to pull Brexit out of the European Union are now loyal subjects.

Ego and politician folded in personality
Who is the most controversial politician in Britain right now?

Eight of those people might say - Boris Johnson. Not only that, it is exceptional in many respects.
He is different from the other ten politicians, in terms of speech, the use of words, the ability to speak, jokingly talk random hair, personal life.

Almost 20 years younger than him living with a girlfriend. Boris Johnson and Carrie Simmonds will be the first unmarried couple at 10 Downing Street, the prime minister's residence.

BBC Politics editor Laura Koonsberg says, "Boris Johnson is a politician who is impossible to ignore, it is a difficult task for a politician to change his ego."

When Boris Johnson decided to run for a Tory party ticket again in Parliament in 2015 after serving as the mayor of London for two terms from 2008, then Prime Minister David Cameron exclaimed, "I want my star players on the field." However, during the Brexit referendum, Boris Johnson knocked on David Cameron's back. Against the leader, he started campaigning for Brexit. Brexit became the leader of the camp.

US Citizen

Alexander Boris Johnson was born in New York. He retained US citizenship until 2006. He is an exemplary representative of Britain's elite society. His father was a diplomat. He also became a member of the European Parliament on behalf of the Conservative Party. Highly Elite School graduated from Oxford University with a degree in Eton.

He was elected president of the student union at the university. Although he is now considered to be a representative of the hard-right wing of the Conservative Party, he joined the left-wing Social Democratic Party for a brief period in his student life.

After leaving university, he chose journalism as a career. Lost a job using an imaginary quote on The Times Magazine. Then after working in two more newspapers, he joined the famous The Telegraph. He worked as a correspondent for the magazine in Brussels.

He has been elected to the shadow cabinet since the election of the MP on the ticket of the then opposition Conservative Party from 2001. Some senior leaders of the party did not like him.

He was elected mayor of London in 2008, leaving the politics of parliament. And that's when Boris Johnson got a different dimension in British politics.

Muslim Heritage

Boris Johnson's paternal grandfather was Ali Kemal, Turkish Muslims in the nation. Ali Kemal was first a journalist in the early twentieth century. Later he joined politics. He was the Home Minister for a short time in the Ottoman cabinet. Ali Kemal was killed in Massacre in the 1920s.

According to the father's source, Boris Johnson once went to Turkey to meet relatives, to know the history of his family. Boris Johnson has often said publicly about his Muslim heritage. However, he has recently been heard as a scandalous Muslim fanatic after his harsh remarks about women wearing burqas.

Prime Minister's Dream

Boris Johnson joined the race to become prime minister after leaving David Cameron's prime ministership and party leadership after losing in the referendum in 2006.

However, refrains from competing for leadership, realizing he can't stick with Theresa May. Theresa May later appointed Boris Johnson as Foreign Minister under pressure from the Conservative Party's Brexitists.

But Boris Johnson was unhappy with the way Theresa May was negotiating a Brexit deal with the European Commission. In 2008, he resigned from the cabinet. Then, when Theresa May decided to quit the party's leadership after repeatedly failing to get parliament's approval in her Brexit deal, Boris Johnson took a new opportunity to become prime minister.

He became the favorite of the Conservative Party's Brexit camp, promising that he would oust Britain from the EU alliance without needing an agreement by October 31st. After announcing the results of the vote on 23 July 2019, it was found that Boris Johnson became the leader of the Conservative Party with 67 percent support. Then the Prime Minister is on 24th July.

However, there is a lot of doubt as to whether his party on Brexit and the differences that have been brewing throughout British politics, will drive his country out of the EU by October.

If not, Boris Johnson's tenure as prime minister is likely to be very short. Political analysts have also expressed skepticism that he will be the Prime Minister of Britain next month, which is in 2021.
